Returns & Refunds Policy

At Motor City Diecast & NASCAR Memorabilia, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Unless otherwise noted, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping and handling charges.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, certificates of authenticity, and included accessories must be returned.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance, as you are responsible for the item until it has been received by us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Autographed memorabilia

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Any item marked "Non-Returnable"

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
